Over the last 20+ years, Mark has programmed in 15 different languages, but has the most fun programming in Python which he has been using since 1997. He is the creator of the isapi_wsgi adaptor and the Zope Informix Database adaptor. He is also part of the small development team working on the IronPython Community Edition (http://fepy.sourceforge.net). With CLI he sees a chance to be able to leverage the best lanaguage for specific software components and with the help of Mono deploy cross-platform. Since OSDC 2005, he has been testing this assumption with Boo and IronPython. He is the current convenor of SyPy, the Sydney Python Users Group.
